I have a senior cat who has accidents, so I was honestly nervous buying this. Well, it got tested fast lol. Came home to a wet spot right in the middle of the cover and my heart sank... but when I peeled it back, the actual sofa underneath was completely dry. Not damp, not smelly, nothing. The pee just sat on top of the fabric and wiped right off. This cover literally saved my couch. Threw it in the wash and it came out perfect. Buying a second one for the other sofa.
