1. Identify your sofa type (Armchair, Loveseat, 2-seater, 3-seater, 4-seater, L-shaped, or U-shaped).
2. Measure your sofa's total width — from the outer edge of one armrest to the other. For the height (width of the cover), measure from the top of the backrest, down the back, across the seat, and over the front edge to the bottom.
3. Match your measurements to our size chart on the product page.

Important: Our covers come in two fixed widths — 71" and 90". Make sure your sofa height measurement falls within one of these options. If your sofa height is under 33", choose the 71" width. If it's between 33"–40", choose the 90" width.

For standard sofas with arms: Measure the distance between the two outer edges of the armrests — that's your sofa length (this determines the cover length). Then measure from the top of the backrest, over the back, down across the seat cushion, and over the front to the floor — that's your sofa height (this determines the cover width: 71" or 90").

For armless sofas: Measure from one side edge to the other for the length. For the height, measure from the top of the backrest, over and down across the seat to the floor — same method as standard.

For L-shaped sofas: You'll need to measure each section separately. Measure the length and height for each section — L-shaped sofas require 2 pieces of cover.

Pro tips:

• Always measure along the sofa's contour (following the curve), not in a straight line across.
• If you prefer a more relaxed, draped look, choose one size larger.
• When in doubt between two sizes, sizing up is usually the safer bet.

It depends on whether you purchased the Size Safe Protection Program:

• With Size Safe Protection (recommended): You get one free size exchange — no shipping fees, no restocking fees. Just email us a photo of the cover on your sofa within 30 days of delivery, and we'll ship the correct size at no extra cost.

• Without Size Safe Protection: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer. Our detailed size chart is provided on every product page, and we encourage all customers to measure carefully before ordering. That said, if you're unsure about sizing before you order, we're always happy to help — just send us a photo of your sofa and we'll recommend the right size for free.

Yes! We offer covers designed specifically for L-shaped sectional sofas, available in both 2-seater and 3-seater L-shaped configurations. These are sold as 2-piece sets — one cover for each section. When ordering, measure each section separately and select the matching size for each piece. L-shaped sofa measurements require 4 measurement points (A, B, C, D) — please refer to our detailed L-shape measuring guide on the product page.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours after receiving the tracking code for it to fully sync and show updates on the carrier's website.

You can track your order anytime at our tracking page: Track your order. Simply enter your tracking number and get real-time updates on your delivery status.

Once the package reaches the US, you can also track it directly through USPS using the same tracking number. If you have any issues with tracking, email us at support@sofahug.com.

We understand how frustrating this can be. Please first check with neighbors, look around your porch or mailbox area, and wait 24 hours (sometimes tracking updates before the actual delivery). If you still haven't received your package, contact us immediately at support@sofahug.com. We will actively assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

Yes, but only if your order has not yet been processed. Contact us at support@sofahug.com immediately after placing your order. Once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we can no longer make changes. Please note: if a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

We accept returns and issue refunds under these conditions:

• The product has a manufacturing defect (torn fabric, broken seams, etc.)
• The product was damaged during shipping
• You received the wrong item or color

Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "incorrect size chosen" unless you purchased the Size Safe Protection Program. A detailed size chart is available on every product page to help you choose the right fit.

2. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the defect or wrong item
3. You do NOT need to pay return shipping — we'll send a free replacement right away, or issue a full refund to your original payment method in some cases

Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a refund without return for defective items):

• We'll process the refund within 3 business days
• Credit/debit card refunds: 7–10 additional business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal refunds: 7–10 additional business days

If your refund hasn't appeared within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank first, then contact us.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Clearance or heavily discounted items (50% off or more)

Our covers are crafted from premium chenille fabric — a plush, velvety material that's soft to the touch and incredibly durable. The fabric offers excellent drape, wrinkle resistance, and a luxurious texture that instantly elevates any living space.

Our covers are fully machine washable:

• Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
• Use mild, non-bleach detergent
• Tumble dry on low heat, or air dry for best results
• Iron on low heat if needed — most wrinkles smooth out naturally once placed on the sofa

Tip: Avoid fabric softener — it can reduce the cover's grip over time.

Yes! Our chenille fabric resists pet hair and is easy to clean. Most pet hair can be removed with a lint roller or by running the cover through the dryer on a no-heat cycle for 10 minutes.

We do our best to display accurate colors, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and fabric texture. Our product photos are taken in natural light for the most accurate representation. If you're concerned about a specific color, email us and we'll send additional photos.
